Well, if he was King, means he was put in that place by God, not by votes, when things are tough all blame goes to the head, God choose who is to be born where and what, in modern days people need to have their beliefs, believe things would be fine. If King was arrogant send him a message, there is a reason for everything, talk to the King, may be rain came to greet the King, I love rains I was born on high rain day, does that mean sky was sad when I was born. So the ending of your great story is “ people didn’t like the king” so the sky celebrated the kings birthday with rain. Celebrating as it was rain not storm.
